Day 01:
|
Arrival Cairo
Arrival at Cairo airport, meet and assist, transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
|

Day 02:
|
Cairo
After breakfast visit the Citadel with the Alabaster Mosque, and in the
afternoon visit the famous Khan El-Khalili Bazar, free time for enjoying the
oriental atmosphere and drinking Egyptian tea in a local café. Back to the hotel,
dinner and overnight.

Day 03:
|
Cairo
Visit the Cairo-Tower, have a look over all Cairo, and drinking tea in
the circeling Cafeteria, and the walk over a bridge on the Nile to the
Egyptian Museum, visit the museum, and back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 04:

Cairo/Memphis
After breakfast drive to Memphis, the first Egyptian Capital - the Step
Pyramid of Sakara, lunch in local restaurant, then continue to Giza to visit the
three great Pyramids. Walking to the Sphinx, visit the temple and finally visit a
Papyrus Institute, possibility of drinking a tea in the Mena House Oberoi hotel,
back to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 05:

Abu Simbel - Aswan
Early check out, and transfer to the Cairo Domestic Airport, for flight to Abu Simbel,
Visit the two famous temples of Ramses II. Flight back to Aswan, transfer to the Hotel,
check in, rest of the day free, dinner and overnight.

Day 06:

Aswan
Free day, in the late afternoon, possibility to drink tea in the terrace of
the Old Cataract Hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 07:
|
Aswan
Visit the Aswan High Dam, The Unfinished Obelisk and the Granite Quarries,
back to the hotel, free afternoon, dinner and overnight.

Day 08:
|
Aswan
In the morning visit the Bazar of Aswan, evtl. Calache ride back to the hotel.
In the afternoon, a feluka (sailing boot) RIDE ON THE Nile by sunset. Back to the
hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 09:

Luxor
Early check out, and drive to Luxor, on the way visit the Edfu temple, and continue
to Luxor, arrival and transfer to the hotel, check in, dinner and overnight.

Day 10:

Luxor
Late morning, visit the Karnak and Luxor Temples, in the evening optional sound
and light show in Karnak.
|

Day 11:
|
Luxor
Early start, driving over the Nile to the West Bank, to visit the valley of kings
(visit two tombs which are accessible for wheel chairs), the Temple of Hatshepsut,
and the Memnon Clossies. Driving back to the hotel, free afternoon, dinner and
overnight.

Free day at Leisure in Luxor.

Check out after breakfast and transfer to Luxor Airport for final departure.
